Led by Him, Darilyn

I first began meeting with the local church when I was 23 years old. I had no background in Christianity; in fact, I'd never owned or read the Bible. In my experience, even as a young child, I had some realization of God. Eventually, He led me to a Christian family and through them I began to meet weekly in a home Bible study. Each week I found a rich supply and I enjoyed such things as the precious blood of Christ, the indwelling spirit, calling on the Lord's name and eventually seeing God's eternal purpose. I have been helped and nourished with the Bible through the writings of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. The Lord Himself led me to this wonderful place and I've known ever since then, that I am at home. As time went by I saw that the Lord wanted to gain a people for His expression on earth. Some I knew had given themselves to the Lord for a time of training in the Word. Eventually, I found in me the same desire to give myself to be trained to serve Him. I am currently being trained and I trust when I'm finished in another six months that the Lord will lead me to where He wants me to serve Him.
